Lisa Palasti
RDI® Certified Consultant since 2005. Director of RDI® professional training in Canada. Parent of two children with special needs — one previously diagnosed with autism.

Lisa is passionate about empowering parents and helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder reach their fullest potential and develop real world competence.
A parent of two children with special needs — one previously diagnosed with autism — she has experienced firsthand the positive impact she and her husband have had on their boys. She began using RDI with her own family in 2003 and completed her certification in 2005. Today her boys are both independent young men and thriving members of their community.
Lisa develops customized programmes for families, helping them create a comprehensive approach that supports the whole child while not overwhelming financial resources, energy or time. She has also been a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol for three years, and offers it alongside RDI® where a child’s regulation is what stands in the way. Alongside her consulting practice, she trains and mentors the next generation of RDI® consultants across Canada.
